SaafBG provides a free, AI-powered image background removal service. Users can upload images and receive processed versions with backgrounds removed. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of specific results or availability.

3. Free Service & Future Premium Features

The core background removal service is currently offered for free. We reserve the right to introduce premium paid features in the future, including but not limited to batch processing, higher resolution outputs, API access, and custom background replacement. The free tier will continue to exist alongside any premium offerings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SaafBG to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Upload images you do not have the right to use or process
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our service
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service in excessive volumes
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload images containing child exploitation material (will be reported to authorities)

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the processed results. By uploading an image, you grant SaafBG a temporary, limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the background removal service. This license terminates immediately upon completion of processing.

Our Service

The SaafBG website, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by 172 Tech (172tech.com). You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

6. Image Processing & Privacy

Images uploaded to SaafBG are processed in real-time and deleted from our servers immediately after processing. We do not store, review, or use your images for any purpose other than providing the requested service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaafBG is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Background removal results will be perfect for every image
• The service will meet all of your requirements
• Any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaafBG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage and service quality for all users, SaafBG implements rate limits. Excessive usage may result in temporary restriction of access. Premium plans (when available) will offer higher rate limits.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SaafBG after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

172 Tech reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to SaafBG for any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior, without prior notice.
